Linda Harris Sittig

Linda's first attempt at writing came in fourth grade when she wrote a diary based on a woman traveling in a Connestoga wagon. By age 35, she was publihed in professional journals and then started a weekly newspaper column for parents, entitled KinderBooks. It ran for 15 years. Then she started a monthly blog, www.strongwomeninhistory.com, currently in its 14th year. She is the author of five books all featuring strong female protagonists. Her sixth novel, Chasing the Tides, is due out soon.
